Introducing Our New Referral Portal

We’re excited to announce that Beacon Veterinary Specialists is transitioning to Instinct EMR, and launching a new portal for referring veterinarians on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024. The new portal, known as “Shareville”, is an innovative system designed to streamline communication, ensuring you have timely access to your patients’ records and status.

With Shareville, you’ll receive:

• Automatic Notifications: Email alerts when your patients check in or out of our hospital.
• Easy Access: View and download finalized chart documents and past medical records for your referred patients, all in one place.
• Comprehensive Patient Details: Access individual documents or all visit information for any patient referred by your practice.

Important Details

Starting December 3rd, when your first patient arrives to Beacon Veterinary Specialists you will receive an email to access the portal and create a password. If you forget your password, you will be able to reset it online.

The automated email will include a link the patient dashboard where you can view any completed medical record, along with details from all past patients.

You will continue to receive patient notifications unless you request to have them turned off. If you’d like to turn off notifications from Shareville, click the button below and complete the form. Please note that you will not receive any check-in, check-out, or deceased patient notices if your preference is turned off.

The current rVetLink portal will remain available until February 1st, 2025 for any past patient records. Starting Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 all new patient records will be available in Shareville.
