For all services provided by Beacon Veterinary Specialists, payment is due in full at time of service.

At the time of booking surgery, a $300 deposit will be required in order to secure the surgical appointment. This deposit will go towards the cost of surgery on the day of the procedure. This deposit is non-refundable should surgery be canceled under 72 hours of the procedure. If the surgery is canceled and 72 hours or more notice is provided, the deposit will be refundable.

A 60% deposit is collected the morning of surgery, as stated on the surgical estimate you receive at time of consultation. If a procedure is being scheduled the same day as consultation, we will not take the $300 deposit. The 60% deposit will be required the morning of surgery.


We understand that things come up and we try our best to accommodate all patients.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged a fee of $65 for the missed service.
